Q: This is my first appointment, what should I expect?
A: You will need to arrive fifteen minutes early in order to fill out the health history form. We will have a discussion about your concerns, and I will perform tests to assess what is causing the problem. I'll perform the massage. After I will check in to reassess and give you remedial exercises.
Q: What do I need for an outcall?
A: A room in your house with some privacy and space to set up a massage table.
Q: Does my Health Insurance cover Payment of costs?
A: I am a Registered Massage Therapist, so my treatments are covered by insurance plans that include massage therapy. Check with your insurance provider to be sure.
Q: How shall I prepare for my massage?
A: A Nice warm shower or a bath to help start your body relaxing and a quick trip to the bathroom just before getting on the table are recommended.
